TESSIER is an industrial SME based in Savoie, specializing since 1995 in the design and manufacture of high-tech adaptive sports equipment.

Historically recognized for its expertise in sit-skiing, TESSIER now offers a complete range of products for snow, land and water: adaptive skis, all-terrain wheelchairs, electric solutions and wakeboard equipment.
Our products are designed, machined, welded and assembled in our workshops in Sainte-Hélène-du-Lac, in Savoie. This gives us control over our entire manufacturing process, and we work with a network of subcontractors that is mostly regional.

Responsibilities
Even if you do not yet have all the skills listed, do not hesitate to apply: we value motivation, curiosity and the ability to learn. Training can be provided.
Reporting to the workshop manager, you will take part in the various stages of product manufacturing in accordance with internal procedures:
- Machining (aluminum and steel) :
- Preparing parts
- 3-axis CNC machine (operator level)
- Conventional machines (lathes, milling machine, automatic metal saw, etc.)
- Other standard power tools
- Welding (steel):
- Semi-automatic (MAG) following defined methods
- Welded fabrication of parts mounted in jigs
- Mechanical assembly :
- Mechanical assembly of subassemblies
- Final assembly of products ready for shipping
- Assembly and bonding of composite parts (seats, etc.)
- Production tracking :
- Complete production sheets (quantities, times)
- Inspect and receive supplier orders
- Monitor the stock needed for production
- Suggest improvements
Versatility across the different trades within the workshop is required. Your agility will be your greatest strength!
Quality of work, compliance with safety instructions and a clean workspace will be essential.
Profile sought
- CAP / Bac Pro / BTS vocational qualification in mechanics, machining, boilermaking, welding or industrial production.
- Willingness to acquire new skills in machining, welding or mechanical assembly as needed.
- A first workshop experience is a real plus, but all motivated, hands-on profiles are welcome too!
- Ability to read a drawing and follow safety instructions.
- A taste for work done well, autonomy and teamwork.
