Our advantages

Why join us

Atmosphere

A small team where the interactions are easy and friendly! However, you have to put up with the colleagues’ music… and that’s not always easy!

Meaningful work

Here, we design, manufacture and market products that allow people with disabilities to ski, drive, ride and enjoy the great outdoors. That’s a good reason to come to work in the morning!

Profit-sharing & bonuses

When the company performs well, everyone benefits! A profit-sharing agreement lets everyone share in part of the results, which can be supplemented by one-off bonuses.

Health & income protection insurance

Supplementary health insurance and income protection covered by the company. Because health, family and leisure matter when things go wrong!
