Technical specifications

Flotation

The Dualski base shares its design with the Scarver. It combines rigidity and edge grip, with an adjustment that lets you adapt its behavior as you progress. The two skis offer a particularly generous support surface to enjoy soft snow and powder.

Suspension

The fully suspended frame works with an Öhlins shock absorber designed for the Tempo. The body and feet are cushioned together, while the load is distributed across the skis. You enjoy a comfortable glide while keeping the precision you need to progress.

Boarding

Two cylinders assist in raising the frame to prepare for boarding the chairlift. The kinematics make it easier to hold the raised position and reduce effort while waiting. An offset lock can also be chosen to make the control more accessible depending on your mobility.

Support

An assistance bar mounts at the rear without removing the seat, making the instructor's job easier during learning. With suitable steering and seating equipment, the Tempo can also be configured for assisted skiing and become a true Tempo Duo. The same frame can thus meet different needs.

Adaptation

The choice of seat, shock absorber and accessories lets you build equipment suited to your build and your style of skiing. For organizations hosting several skiers, the Quickset system makes it easy to adjust the suspension between users of different weights.

FAQ

Is the Tempo Dualski suitable for beginners?

Yes. It is designed for beginner and expert skiers alike. Its stability, maneuverability and the option of adding an assistance bar make it an adaptable learning tool. Choosing the right seat and settings remains essential to account for each person's balance and mobility.

Why choose the Dualski rather than the Uniski?

The Tempo Dualski favors versatility and flotation in soft snow thanks to its two skis. The Tempo Uniski puts more emphasis on responsiveness and control on groomed runs. Your usual playground and the sensations you are looking for will help you choose between the two.

Can it be used in powder?

Yes, powder is one of its favorite terrains. The flotation of the two skis makes gliding in soft snow easier. The choice of skis and frame settings must suit your skiing style; the terrain you choose must match your level and the conditions.

Which shock absorbers are available?

Three options are offered: the Öhlins with Quickset to easily adjust the suspension to the weight of different users, the Öhlins SX for simple use without hydraulic adjustments, and the Öhlins PRC with compression and rebound adjustment. Our team will help you choose according to your individual or group use.

Can it be used with a companion?

Yes. An assistance bar makes learning easier with an instructor. A steering bar allows a Duo configuration with the appropriate equipment. These two uses meet different needs: we help you define the right setup, seat and conditions of use.

Which seats and controls can I choose from?

The TESSIER seats are available in seven sizes, including a child size, with different backrest heights and widths. Gelcoat or carbon finishes and customizations are available. For boarding a chairlift, the standard lock can be replaced, on request, with a more accessible offset control.

What are the weight and size of the Tempo Dualski?

The Tempo Dualski starts at 18 kg (about 40 lb), depending on the equipment chosen. The bar is removable for easier storage and transport. Dimensions vary notably with the seat; our team can tell you the exact footprint of the configuration you have in mind.

L: 37 to 53 cm depending on the seat used
l1: 90 cm
l2: 125 cm (bar easily removable if needed)
H1: 63 to 73cm
H2: from 115 to 118 cm
